An upgrade of the existing Ebusiness Suite r11, to add on the Discoverer Viewer and Plus server for reports and to Rollout Discoverer Desktop Administrator for md50/EBS reports development.
Solution
We implemented and tested Oracle UPK Developer and Knowledge Centre Multi User as well as implementing Oracle RUEI Server for architectural and support groups.
We completed a technical handover and for the provision of surrounding technical documentation. We provided a consultancy for staff setting up subsequent environments and reviewed the current production system performance, backup and recovery, cloning and patching methods.
